Kernow Initial Teacher Education
Kernow Initial Teacher Education (KITE) is proudly part of Kernow Learning Trust, a family of 21 primary schools situated across Cornwall. Our Trust is committed to growing and developing their own teachers, meaning that when students accept a place at KITE, they become part of the Kernow Learning family and become integral members of our school’s team and surrounding community.
With over 13 years of experience, KITE is a well-established initial teacher training provider who is dedicated to supporting and developing trainees from application through to employment. We are fully committed to ensuring that trainees become confident and competent teachers, as we know that there are no great schools without incredible teachers!
We are seeking individuals who are determined to improve the outcomes and life chances of all pupils and their families. Applicants need to be energetic, hard-working, organised, creative and inspiring!
